The hook positioner is an essential part of the carp leader. Its special shape significantly improves the effectiveness of the leader. Its task is to rotate the hook with the tip downwards at the moment of jerking so that the fish jams into the lower lip. The curved tube gives the leader an ideal shape and sets the hook at the right angle. Recommended for use on leaders with hook sizes 4 and smaller.

After using this positioner, the ball is nicely placed over the bottom about 3 cm and is in the foreground for the carp which usually try and spit out the bait and thanks to this positioner they immediately hook up.
